How Dominican Investing works for project owners
How project owners use Dominican Investing: claim your page for free, update details, choose which documents stay private and go live to attract investors.
Dominican Investing is a limited introduction service: we connect projects in the Dominican Republic with interested investors. We don't handle money and we don't give investment advice. This guide explains, step by step, how the process works for project owners and developers.
1. Claim your project page
If your project already has a page on Dominican Investing, you will receive a private link to claim it. That link is for you only; please don't share it. There is no cost to claim your profile.
2. Confirm or correct the information
Look over the details on the page: project name, location, stage, unit types and description. Confirm what is correct and update anything that has changed. You know your project best.
3. Add documents and choose which stay private
You can upload plans, presentations, permits or other project documents. For each document, you decide whether it is shown on the public page or kept private.
4. Team review
Before the page goes live, our team reviews it. When that review is done, we let you know by email.
5. Your page goes live to attract investors
Once live, registered investors can see your project and express interest.
More projects from your owner portal
From your owner portal you can start pages for further projects whenever you like, following the same steps.
When an investor is interested
When a specific investor expresses interest in your project, we ask you to sign a fee agreement before any introduction. You'll receive the terms in writing so you can read them at your own pace before signing. Only after it is signed do we make the introduction.
