How Dominican Investing works for investors
How investors use Dominican Investing: register, complete an identity check, browse DR projects and request introductions. Investors pay no fee.
Dominican Investing is a limited introduction service: we connect investors with projects in the Dominican Republic that are seeking investment. Investors pay no fee. We don't handle money and we don't give investment advice. This guide explains how the process works, step by step.
1. Register
Create your account with your name and email. Registration is free.
2. Identity check
We ask you to complete an identity check, so project owners know they are talking with real people.
3. Browse projects
Explore the live projects: location, stage, unit types and the documents each owner chose to make public. Information is provided by each owner; we encourage you to do your own review with your advisers.
4. Express interest
If a project interests you, say so from the project page. Expressing interest doesn't commit you to anything.
5. Consent and identity release
Before any introduction, we ask for your consent to share your identity with that project's owner. Without your consent, we don't share your details.
6. The introduction
With your consent, we introduce you to the project owner. From there, the conversation and any agreement are between you and the owner. Dominican Investing takes no part in payments or contracts between the parties.
